There should be a pcmcia for 6.3-axp on ftp.suse.com in the 6.3-axp update
area; look at the diff, it's pretty simple, mainly checking for a defined
"ALPHA_GENERIC". Works perfect here on a Ruffian with a generic-kernel and
a ISA-pcmcia adaptor.
