Subject: RE: [suse-axp] XF86 using TGA on the DEC Multia?

I installed this during the initial system install:
'rpm -q k_tga' displays k_tga-2.2.14-8
Thanks anyway, still looking!
---Side note: I also tried installing a PCI video card in the Multia's PCI slot. Linux seems to see it (running sax says 'using XF86_SVGA driver' but nothing after that... monitor hooked to the card never comes off standby. Hoping for a faster, more colors/resolution solution, but I'd settle for TGA at the moment!

IIRC, you'll need a TGA kernel. Use "suse/images/k_tga.rpm" on CD1.
