Paul's correct. I think there are only a few Debian developers using
Alpha outside of the US, so getting a package built for non-US often is a
matter of timing. Even the autobuilder is located within the US, IIRC
(is the autobuilder even working? I've been building woody packages since
potato's release, so I'm not even sure).
