Hmmm...yeah, I noticed that. It shouldn't be that way...check to make
sure that /usr/bin/ld and /usr/bin/as exist. It could be that gcc is
trying to use Compaq's versions of gas and ld, which may be incompatible
for some reason or another...
It's the link that's worrying me...
