New ldso kills X

After updating to the latest frozen last night, I could no longer run any X
Windows programs, due to not finding the X libraries.

Backing off to the previous ldso (1.9.11-5?) fixed the problem for me.

'ldconfig -p' showed the X libraries in their normal location (/usr/XllR6/lib),
as listed in /etc/ld.so.conf, but the loader did not find them.

Is this likely to be some misconfiguration of my system, or a bug in the new
ldso?

Thanks,
-Doug
