Good point. Yes, there is a floppy in there. I'm not
really sure what's on it, all I know is that the
floppy is labeled 'alpha-linux'. I assumed it was a
rescue disk of some kind. Like I said, I'm very new to
this stuff.
I know Debain has been installed on the machine and
it was working fine before I shut down the box. I
guess what I need to know is how can I get debian back
up and running on my alpha machine from the srm
console without reinstalling? What floppies do I need?
I can't seem to find documentation that describes how
to do this.
