What's the story with this, anyway? Newish GAIM has an option to
watch X use for its idle time (is uses the XScreensaver extension),
but it gets a BadDrawable when it runs. I tried to look into it, but
the GAIM side looked good to me. Same results with XFree 3.x or 4.x.
