I simply put fwupdate.exe on a data floppy -- no command.com, io.sys,
msdos.sys. But then I was booting from ARC firmware. My only experience
with 7.0 booting from floppy--with the J2 reset for floppy--is with a
floppy created on a DOS machine and then modified by mkboot fwupdate.exe
a:. For me, 7.0 bombed. I went back to 6.9.
