Please have a look at the FAQ on www.alphalinux.org.

I use "kfm" or "lynx" most of the time. There are some "working" versions
of Mozilla, but I don't think it is really usable. Maybe the latest
Mozilla M9 is better, but I haven't tried it. M8 was no fun here.
