Hi Barper,
> What sort of figures are you looking for? I/O, CPU, Memory, etc?
Besides the usual figures, like from vmstat,
load free cache swap pgin pgou dk0 dk1 dk2 dk3 ipkt opkt int ctx usr sys idl
0.00 13.1 351.8 6.7 0 0 0 0 0 0 66 0 1979 14 0 14 86
there is also sysstat, and Performance Co-Pilot (which also provides an API).
What about how much network buffer is available & utilised ?
For example, if I want to monitor
1) the system resources that each running daemon is consuming,
2) the process ID of each spawned process
Best regards,
