Ugh...sounds like another optimiser error :-( Can you retry compiling it
without -O2 (bring it down to -O first...if that doesn't work, try it with
no -O). That *should* solve it, but if it doesn't let me know and I'll
reproduce it and report it to the gcc list. Maybe later tonight, I'll see
what I can figure out about the error (sometimes, the problem is the
code rather than the compiler...ran into this a few times in the past).

BTW, what version of gcc are you using? Also, RH or Debian?
