take a look at http://www.math.sunysb.edu/~comech/tools/PCImodems.html
there are a list of "real" pci modems. I personaly have not tested any of
these since I have an aversion to modems on cards(To reset the modem you
sometimes have to power off the computer) and only use external modems.
