So it's scrolling what looks like register dumps onto the screen? Have you
left it until it's finished, ( which could take a while). Or captured some
via a serial console. The only reason I ask is that sometimes there's some
useful info in there. (I have an old DP that will scroll PChip errors for
about 1-2 minutes on powerup, then stop at the SRM prompt, I can boot
Linux and it regularly stays up for months at a time!).

make sure the memory and daughtercards are seated properly. Try removing
one of the daughtercards and see if it goes away, again a sample of what
its spewing might be helpful here.
