I have a "Awe64 SoundBlaster (ISA)" and I can't install it. Maybe I
would have brought a PCI one?
My computer is a 533MHz - PC164LX (4PCI+2ISA), by Samsung, with it's
original 1997 AlphaBIOS.
I need a SoundBlaster to work both under WindowsNT40 and Linux as I'll
RedHat60 in a few weeks. Can anyone tell me what should I buy?
Or maybe my ISA Blaster is OK but I do not know how to install it.
Under WindowsNT I select "Install new driver" and choose the one on the
"Alpha-NT40 Installation CD-ROM", but nothing happens after that.
The same "no device" appears for the audio.
Thank you in advance, Nick
