Hi
I have several mock-X-terminals (old Sun sparc stations with a small
linux installation) that get their chooser of an Tru64 machine.
Anyway, one of the machines that these X-terminals can access is a 164UX
machine running RedHat6.0. The machine appears in the chooser without a
problem (though no performance info is present). When you double click
the machine, the screen greys out and the machine sits and sits and
sits.
Eventually it times out and go back to the chooser. Can anybody help?
I am running XFree863.3.5-1.6.0 with GDM. Here is the relavent bit of
my gdm.conf
[servers]
0=/usr/bin/X11/X
[xdmcp]
Enable=1
MaxLoadAvg=10
MaxPending=4
MaxManageWait=20
MaxSessions=4
Port=177
and hosts.allow
gdm : .<domain>
Anyway, I would like to be able to connect to my AlphaLinux box with the
X-terminal.
Thanks
Stu.
