In general:
1) is it under warrenty? I think there is a 3 year warrenty
2) if not, then open it up and remove all the peripheral pci cards, and
go with bare min memory. I think that even if u remove the video card, the
system will default to the serial port ( got a dumb term handy to hook up
? ) But u may want to leave the video card in just in case its one of the
other cards that hosing the pci bus ( and maybe the SRM also )
3) if still no response, can u remove one of the CPU's ? ( ie run with
just one ? )
4) Memory ?
5) still no go. I guess a service center visit is in your near future.
