Good advice! You might get additional time from the reformat but eventually
it will catch up with you. If you have no choice then make sure backups are
in GREAT shape!

According to Adaptec, the maximum size drive "supported" is 8.0GB. Remember
that DEC has modified the firmware/BIOS on the card so only they would know
for sure. The other thing is - try to get a revision of "G.1" or H.1"
if at all possible.
