Agreed. However, I do get the very strong impression that this
person doesn't have a clue on howto do even basic stuff on his/her
system. I think we should help anyone who asks, but instead of telling the
person that to add a user on their system is steps 1-n, maybe we should
direct them to some docs so they can read first and then ask if they are
still having difficulties.
