2.2.16 + fixes = cannot run Tru64 Netscape

After booting 2.2.16 patched with the fixed at
www.linux.org.uk, whenever I try to run Tru64
Netscape, it starts but then crashes. I'm using same
.config file for both 2.2.15 (which is fine) and
2.2.16.

Anyone else seeing this? This is on a PWS500a.
