After running /usr/sbin/sndconfig all is well.

Another few things I' noticed with SRM is every so
often(usually running netscape) The three keyboard
leds flash like during system startup and the whole
thing just locks solid can't even telnet in to kill
something. What is happening? Has anyone seen this?
Another small thing while I'm complaining is:
When I shut the machine down with halt or reboot
everything seem to be fine till I see the SRM console
Red instead of Blue and it spits out a machine check
and halts....
