Hello All,

Here are my experences so far with XFree-4.0.1

The system in question is a UP1000 with a Permedia 2 card. on RH-6.2

The behavior that i'm seeing is.

- Video cuts out intermitantly. Switching to a another VT and back
restores it

- sometimes the screen will have a blue glaze all over it like I messed
with the
color on my TV too much.

- The other TTY's because of these lapses loose the abiliity to display
color.

Besides that it's quite stable and it hasnt crashed yet. Just my
monitor turning blank
every couple of minutes gets annoying.

- it seems faster

- I have the "xtt" truetype backend working properly.

Any else have any experences they can share? Thanks.
