Actually, these are not error messages, but merely "informative" messages,
letting the observer know that some times locks are (still) held for really
*long* periods of time (9468 ticks == 9+ seconds on Alpha).
It' would be an error if you saw a "stuck" without a "grabbed" though...

That part of the Alpha support hasn't been completely ported to 2.3.x from
2.2.x, apparently. Have a go if you've the time, arch/alpha/kerne/process.c
holds most of the related stuff...
