Hardware: 164UX (Ruffian) - Yes, they still exist...

After getting my 164UX back from repair (they call it repair - changing of
a 4MB L2 cache motherboard with a 2MB L2 cache motherboard) the good old
Jay Estebrook Milo (19981020) doesn't work anymore.

Error message:

This system is not compatible with Linux/Alpha.
Please contact your System Supplier.

Any ideas?
