You're talking about two different things Don.
There's Adaptec support in SRM so you can see the SCSI
devices when you do a SHOW DEVICE. This support is
starting to show up or about to show up in various
flavours of SRM.
RH 6.1 for Alpha is out. You can download the ISO image
and burn a CD of it. It works well.

Not that it's of any particular help, but when I was at Compaq
earlier this moth I was told that the RH 6.1 release for Alpha still had no
definite release date (as a retail product) due to continuing issues with
SCSI controllers.
As of last week my contact at RH said there still was no firm
release date but could not confirm / deny what the holdup was.
