One that does carry this mirror is Sunsite Northern Europe, at
      <http://sunsite.doc.ic.ac.uk/Mirrors/updates.redhat.com/>

Having said that, this is the first time I've heard of the updates
site: I tend to keep an eye on the updates directory on ftp.redhat.com
mirror. Great, now I've got two places to watch.
