Yes. This is caused by an "improvement" from Red Hat not present
in original 'who' sources. It was reported a long time ago.
I think that I even posted a fix on this list but maybe not.
Your /var/log/wtmp file has to grow big enough before it hits.

I believe that the current version of sh-utils has this fixed
but I cannot tell which version was the first one corrected
(if any).
