I've been looking through the archives (for this list, comp.os.linux.alpha,
and for linux-alpha), and I can't seem to get definite info on this. I have
just acquired an Alpha PC164UX (Ruffian) board. I'm currently using an S3
Vision 868 (Diamond Stealth Video 2MB) and it works okay (in general, some
corruption in X). I have an ATI Rage Pro card (Xpert@Play). I tried
it for a while, and I couldn't get the machine to boot (black screen). Is
this card supported (or do I need an AlphaBIOS upgrade or something like
that?)
