I've got a sblive in my LX164 kernel 2.2.14 rh6.1
and i compiled ALSA for it, load the modules and it
detects the sound card fine, but when I attempt to
play an mp3 or a sound it either locks X hard , or
dumps me to SRM. When i cat
/usr/share/sounds/warning.wav > /dev/dsp it just
buzzes by doesn't lock...
does anyone know why my box crashes every time i try
to use sound? anyone fixed this ?
