First question would be why your current license would be expiring. Have
you removed this system from the campus ESL/CSLG list?
If not, I would suggest you take advantage of the user upgrade license
through your campus CSLG (Campus Software Library Grant) administrator. You
should be able to obtain the Unlimited User Upgrade license. I don't know
what the practices are there, but this should be virtually free to the
department.
I'd be interested in hearing how the $99 base license handles the upgrade
license.
