heh babblefish isn't always that great at translating it... had a friend
that was using it on a spanish paper...
when it was translated to spanish and then back again, the paper ended up
being about tapeworms
I wouldn't trust it to do documentation, esp proof reading =)

What about Babel Fish at Alta Vista. You might need to convert to HTML
then translate to English, I don't know. I have never used Babel Fish to
translate plain text. There is also a link to download translation
software near the bottom.
