Hello,
I have a noname alpha axppci33 board with 166MHz cpu and
onboard ncr 810 scsi interface. Also i have some old quantum els
127 harddisks. With RedHat 6.0 (2.2.5 kernel) which works fine on
my ide drive i get scsi abort when i attach a scsi drive. Then it
hangs. Can i tweak something so it will run, or are there problems
with the scsi driver? Is the driver only for new harddisks? Should i
use an older kernel? Or is it a hardware problem?
Thanks,
Marc Groeneveld.
