can't get netgear GA620T gigabit nic working

Hi guys,

Like the subject says I have a GA620T Rev A nic. I'm trying to get this
working on a UP1000, rh-6.2, updated rh 2.2.16-3 kernel & modules. When
I
try and load the module all I get is "device or resource busy". syslogd
doesnt give me any info and verbose switches to insmod give me the same
message. I don't think the something is wrong with the acenic module
since I got a 3com
3c985b-sx working with the very same module. I've tried varing my
hardware
config to point where all I had was a nic, scsi,no video, and console on
ttyS0. Still no luck. Any ideas? Thanks.
