The reason why these things are compiled with ccc is that openssl takes
advantage of it, even more so if it's an ev56. So those of you how want to use
mod-ssl will see a performance gain. This reminds me, I've built a set of rpms
from openssl --> modssl+apache. To be uploaded later this week.
