This is true of course, but the idea of requiring the majority of the
*registered* users vote on it will take care of *some* of the possible
crap. For example if some troller submits a useless item that looks
legit, hopefully the people voting have enough of a clue to actually
follow the link to see that it is BS... Of course the editors would be
able to pull a story/article if it's totally crap. You have to reserve
that right! Otherwise it ends up being worse then /. is already! :)
