    I have not had cause to use their Installation Support in the
past, but trust me, I appreciate the sentiment you were expressing.
What I meant to point out was that their support had gone from
an email "adventure" to a customer service center staffed with
individuals. I suspect that providing this type/level of support will
certainly cost them more than the previous support did, hence
the increased cost.

    I am also certain that Red Hat will have an option that will be
for CDs without this expensive form of support, a variety, power
pack, or whatever they plan to name it...

I was focused on costs, not quality (maybe Red Hat did too?)...
