I must correct myself: not the driver (tulip.c) is the problem but this
strange 21143 chip (apologizes to Don Becker).

Mine says 'SUNNY' which seems to be ok as someone on this list stated.

One of the reasons we bought this board is onboard ethernet! I thouhgt of
UX as some kind of 'high end'. I will complain about this at my dealer.
What does Samsung say to this situation? Or does this beast work fine
under NT, True64Unix and OpenVMS?

I am currently running 0.90q. Autonegotiation for full duplex doesn't work
correct and sometimes (seldom) the link is totally lost without any error
messages.

There is a 21140 on an other card and I am sure this will work fine but I
need this interface too (later).
On some D-Link cards in other boxes the tulip driver(don't know which
version) works fine!
