Again building 2.2.5

Hi.

  I rebuild the 2.2.5 sources and this time without any modules, but
still my Noname will not come up. During the boot process it hangs
again at the initialization of my 3COM509 network card with the
message:

eth0: Setting Rx mode to 1 addresses

  Any idea what had gone wrong here?
