Has anyone seen a problem with a socket leak on 2.2.x? The symptoms are
that connect() just stops working returning EAGAIN.
Another way to see the symptoms are:
hostname:/$> telnet localhost
Trying 127.0.0.1...
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Resource temporarily unavailable
You also may notice it when having large tcp_bind_bucket.
cat /proc/slabinfo | grep tcp_bind_bucket
If you notice rising numbers that might suggest a leak.
If anyone has seen this happen please email me at If anyone has seen this happen please email me at blyon@netpr.com.
Thanks
-Barrett
