Hello,
Looking for recommendations ($$ is NOT that important) for an alpha to
do the following --
1. Can't be too large as it will be shipped around alot -- hopefully PC sized
2. Good processor speed must handle 20-30 users easily
3. 4-10 gig disk sapce
4. cdrom (speed not critical since it is only used for installs)
5. most important -- will be DUAL boot to handle DU and Linux.
I got one quote for a AS1000 (233 mhz) w/128 ram, 4gig HD and 20 user DU
license
for $8.5K.
Any other comments or recommendations for a better box to do this?
