You need to grab the install stuff from

        ftp.azstarnet.com:/pub/linux/jensen/axp/install

at least the instructions plus the aboot binary.

Now, currently ftp.azstarnet.com behaves awkward: many new ftp access
tools (e.g. ncftp, squid, etc.) dont get a directory listing. But it
works with the plain old 'ftp' command ...
