The wording of the Q and A for the announcement (I don't remember
EXACTLY what the press announcement said) was:

UP TO 2X performance for some functions.....and for the libraries, UP TO
10X performance on some routines.

But the benchmarks will be done before the compiler ships, then you can make
your own judgements.
