Is X with Diamond Fire GL1000 Pro possible?

Not that I can get Linux up and running yet on my ruffian (but reading this
list and the latest howtos and faqs has been most informative thank you).
I've just used downloaded the 4 .img files (milo/kernel/ramdisk/arcinst)
(erk, can't find the reference but I'm sure you know what I'm on about) and
attempted an install from the very first Redhat 5.2 alpha CD release.

Anyway, assuming I can eventually boot the system, I'd like to use X
primarily, but I have a Diamond Fire GL1000 Pro video card (on 64-bit slot
0), and can't find that mentioned in the FAQ (compatable video hardware
section) or the list the XFree setup program provides.

What server and what setting do I need to choose?

Or am I barking up the wrong alleyway entirely? (i.e does it not work with
the XFree server)

Hmmm, I'll probably be back with a "can't get the thing to run" question
later, but I've still got a few more things to try, and I'll then record a
verbatim error message before posting rather than the ghost of an error
message exorcised from a feeble memory.

Cheers,
Phil
