A sound card for my alpha?

I have this sound card that I pulled out of a PC that I scrapped. It is
an ISA card and has a label "SRS 3-D Stereo". There are also these chips:

        Analog Devices AD1845
        Aztech AZ2316

I have no documentation with it.

Does anybody recognize this board, and will it work in my Alpha PC164?
I'm up to Linux 2.2.5.
