In what sense ? All software that is available in source form for
the ia32 should be usable also at Alpha -- modulo some stupidities in
the code where 64-bit wide values (like pointers) are stored into
32-bit wide variables...
That last point may indeed be a point of *difficulty* for some softwares,
but for these mentioned MTAs that should not be an issue.
Most MTAs are not coming with specialized message store subsystems, like
what Cyrus is.
Btw, ZMailer development is done at Alpha/Linux machine, and then checked
in an array of other platforms.
