The Trident card does not work with the Multia.
The *only* chipset that I am aware *does* work with the Multia is the S3 968.
This was sold in the Diamond Stealth 3200 series; only the 2MB board fits. I
believe that the "#9 773" used this chipset; it might be an acceptable choice.
I've got one in my Multia, and it's displaying nicely right now.
I have tried Matrox Mystique; no go. S3V (325); *almost* works. Stephen
Gaudet tested a Matrox Millennium; *almost* works. The only sure thing is the
S3 968.
