There is, or at least was, a Mosaic version for Linux Alpha that was
released with the original Craftworks Linux/AXP.

Other than that Netscape under em86 would seem the best bet, unless you
can get the DU libs under a site license. I know of no legal way to get
the DU libs for a specific machine since DU was never sold with the UDB
and thus you can't have a machine license for them.
