I have a problem with MILO that I got from gatekeeper.
Don't know the best way to id the version but it was built under
2.0.30 and is dated Sept. 18th. My AlphaBios is ver. 5.24.
If I reboot the system using init 6 or ctrl-alt-delete, after Linux shuts
down MILO is still in control and starts a 30 sec. count-down. there is
dialog that indicates system will restart at end of count-down or I can hit
esc for restart now (or something like that). Ether option fails with a
screen full of errors and stuff.
My os selection setup is;
Name: Linux/MILO/sda3
os boot partition: sda3 os loader: \linload.exe
boot parameters: boot sda3:vmlinux.gz root=/dev/sda3 ro
This boots me fine the 1st time...
Would this be a MILO problem or one with my bios.
Thanks for any insight.
Michael
