The only "Modeline"s that will work on the UDB (at the moment) are the ones
in the sample XF86Config in the TGA server's README. Try activating one of
the two (?) that are there.

Yes, I know one is fairly high (1280x1024 @ 72?Hz), the other too low (61Hz).
If you want, try this 1152x900 out; it seems to work fine for a number of
folks.
