You need to type the line
"mail -s unsubscribe axp-list-request@redhat.com < /dev/null"

(without the quotes) at a Unix shell prompt. Alternatively send an
empty email, with the subject "unsubscribe" (again, without the
quotes) to axp-list-request@redhat.com.
