Ok, I've built it (and am using it) on a Debian/Alpha system. Problems
when builing:

1. de.po and ko.po need fixing (translated string doesn't have \r or
vice versa) - trivial
2. My version of autoconf generates a wrong configure from configure.in,
it would be nice if the timestamp on configure was a bit later
then the one on configure.in so it doesn't get rebuilt
3. I think glibc still needs some extra include files for Linux
(just a few from the old axp-extras package)
4. The md5 crypt() crashes, but I haven't got gdb yet so I can't
check what's going on. It returns NULL.

I'll send a more detailed report plus some patches to the libc-hacker
list tomorrow.

Mike.
